Born in the clay-limestone lands of southern Champagne, the Ferme de Fontenay
has been farmed for more than four generations.
70% of the farmland is cultivated in Champagne-Ardenne and 30% in Ile-de-France. The Fontenay Farm makes every effort to offer its customers high quality onions, shallots, shallots and aulx.
Mastering the whole sector from the field to the plate, the family farm attaches great importance to food security, respect for the environment and ensures the application of good agricultural practices.
