Born in the clay-limestone lands of southern Champagne, the Ferme de Fontenay
has been farmed for more than four generations.
70% of the farmland is cultivated in Champagne-Ardenne and 30% in Ile-de-France. The Fontenay Farm makes every effort to offer its customers high quality onions, shallots, shallots and aulx.
